Meet Lou, a veteran radio host with 22 years of experience leading the Morning Show on 94.3 The Point at the Jersey Shore. He is extremely excited about the new chapter of the show with his partner Michele Pilenza. He is also thrilled to be bringing his enthusiasm and expertise to the SoJO 104.9 morning show as well. Lou has been living in the heart of the Jersey shore for almost three decades, and his love for the area and the Jersey Shore lifestyle is what fuels his passion for a job he calls “the ultimate dream job” . He is a well-versed voice in the area, having written thousands of articles encompassing various topics concerning New Jersey, from local entertainment pieces to engaging community-focused content. As a huge Mets fan, he finds himself on an emotional roller coaster summer long which usually ends in disappointment by the fall, and the football seasons is marked by the stress of being a Giants fan. Lou loves spending time on his boat on the Barnegat Bay in the summertime as well as frequenting his favorite waterfront restaurants.
