Helping The FoodBank Is More Important Now Than It’s Ever Been
The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties has been helping our neighbors since 1984 and there has never been a better time to support them than now.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the need in our area was monumental to say the least. In the first week after the storm, the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties was there for our neighbors in need, providing over 225,000 meals in that first week alone.
Now the FoodBank would like your help as they continue to serve out area. There are two ways you can help. First, you can help by making a donation of food or money. Click here for the details on how to do that.
The FoodBank is also seeking volunteers to help with sorting and distribution. So if you can volunteer some time, click here for their volunteer form.
And don't forget, we'll be doing the morning show live at The Atlantic Club in Manasquan next Wednesday (11/21) from 6am-10am to collect food for the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We'd love to see you there!
