Seeking Nominees for a Brand New Sofa and Loveseat Set!

La-Z-Boy and Restoretheshore.com are teaming up to provide a little bit of help for those in need of help recovering from Superstorm Sandy.

Do you know a family who lost everything in the storm? How about a local relief worker who has gone above and beyond to help those affected by the disaster?

Fill out the form below and nominate someone. Hometown Heroes, our partner 501(c)(3) non-profit organization will choose two nominees, one family and one relief worker.

The two recipients will each receive a $1,500 sofa and loveseat set courtesy of La-Z-Boy. The names will be announced in early February.
