The Township Council approved a shared services agreement Tuesday allocating 64-thousand-dollars for software to set up a mobile office in the municipal annex on Route 35 on the barrier island. The agreement is with the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission Cooperative.

Toms River Councilman Jeff Carr says the satellite office will remain in place until the need dissipates, adding it will provide Sandy victims in Ortley more accessibility.
